General Terms

✰ i have the right to decline a commission for any reason
✰ i only accept PayPal as a form of payment
✰ the commissioner is responsible for giving all necessary information of your character for me to complete the commission
✰ i reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style
✰ wait times can be up to 3 months depending on my queue

Credits and Usage

✰ commissions are for personal use only and should not be used commercially on merch, promotions, etc (ask if unsure)
✰ posting the artwork is allowed with proper credit; claiming any piece as your own artwork is prohibited
✰ any edits done to the art should first be discussed with me
✰ prints are allowed for personal use and gifting only, selling prints is prohibited

Fees and Refunds

✰ i work from references provided and any edits contrary to what's shown on the reference need to be stated prior to starting; if edits come up after completion, you may be charged based on complexity
✰ chargebacks will result in being blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me, and i have the right to inform other artists
✰ refunds will not be given for any completed artwork
✰ full refunds will not be issued once the piece is started
